MENIKAHLAH SEGERA

Islam Menganjurkan Nikah

Penghargaan Islam terhadap ikatan pernikahan besar sekali, Allah menyebutkan sebagai ikatan yang kuat.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala berfirman :
﴿ وَكَيْفَ تَأْخُذُونَهُ وَقَدْ أَفْضَى بَعْضُكُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ وَأَخَذْنَ مِنكُم مِّيثَاقًا غَلِيظًا﴾ [النساء : 21]

“… Dan mereka (isteri-isterimu) telah mengambil dari kamu perjanjian yang kuat“. [An Nisaa: 21].

Sampai-sampai ikatan itu ditetapkan sebanding dengan separuh agama. Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam telah bersabda:

((إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ اْلعَبْد فَقَدِ اسْتَكْمَلَ نِصْفَ الدِّيْنِ فَلْيَتَّقِ اللهَ فِيْمَا بَقِي)) [ متفق عليه ]

“Barangsiapa menikah, maka ia telah melengkapi separuh dari agamanya. Dan hendaklah ia bertaqwa kepada Allah dalam memelihara yang separuhnya lagi”. [1] 

Mutiara Nasehat Amirul Mukminin Ali bin Abu Thalib radhiyallahu ‘anhu

Muqodimah

Segala puji hanya untuk Allah Ta’ala, shalawat serta salam semoga tercurah kepada Nabi Muhammad Shalallahu’alaihi wa sallam beserta keluarga dan seluruh sahabatnya.

Sesungguhnya saya di sini tidak menulis biografi Abu Hasan radhiyallahu ‘anhu, tidak pula berbicara tentang ilmu dan kedudukannya. Dia benar- benar seorang imam, amirul mukminin secara benar. Dia seorang ulama besar, di sini hanyalah sekilas tentang biografinya sebelum memulai menjelaskan tentang mutiara-mutiara nasehatnya.

THE STORY OF THE BOY AND THE KING

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

«Among the people who came before you, there was a king who had a sorcerer, and when that sorcerer became old, he said to the king:

“I have become old and my time is nearly over, so please send me a boy whom I can teach magic.”

So, he sent him a boy and the sorcerer taught him magic. Whenever the boy went to the sorcerer, he sat with a monk who was on the way and listened to his speech and admired them.

DETERRING PEOPLE FROM BACKBITING (GHEEBAH)

Definition of Gheebah:

When the Prophet  was asked about backbiting, he answered: «To mention your brother in a manner which he dislikes». Then he  was asked, “What if my brother actually has (this failing) that I made mention of?” The Prophet said: «If (that failing) is actually found in your brother, you in fact backbit him, and if that is not in him it is a slander» (Muslim).

Backbiting refers to a Muslim mentioning his Muslim brother in a manner that the latter dislikes, whether by referring to a defect in his body, or in his lineage, or in his morality. The meaning of insulting is included in backbiting, whether it is in the form of words, gestures, or writing.

“Never! By Allah, Allah Will Never Disgrace You!”

“Never! By Allah, Allah will never disgrace you; You keep good relations with your Kith and kin, tell the truth, help the poor and the destitute, serve your guests generously and assist the deserving calamity-afflicted ones.”

By these great words, the Mother of Faithful Believers, Khadijah, strengthened the heart of the Messenger of Allah, Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him, when he talked to her about the angel that descended to him in the cave of Hira’. Expressing his fear, he said to her: «I fear that something may happen to me. »
